Former child care operators sue Summit County, OH
Submitted by jknoch. Posted on Sunday, May 25 @ 18:40:25 EDT by jknoch

Child Care Workforce The former owners of a child care center who faced charges of endangering children and voyeurism that were later dismissed have filed a $10 million lawsuit against Summit County, Ohio officials.

In papers filed Friday in U. S. District Court, David Corsi and Claudia Brothers charged that the Summit County sheriff's office violated their constitutional rights against improper search and seizure in searching the center and later Corsi's home.

The lawyers for Corsi and Brothers said publicity about the case destroyed their business, the K-D Day Care Center in Northfield Center Township, ruined Corsi's reputation and caused him serious emotional damage.
