Child-care in NY Among Least Affordable in U.S.

A study by the National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) has found that New York has some of the least-affordable child-care centers in the country.


Family life editor Gina Chen has more on the report, which notes that the average cost of an infant care slot is $13,630 a year, or 16.2 percent of the median two-parent family income.
