Mercer County Superior Court Judge Thomas P. Kelly sentenced Robert Parrish, the former manager of the New Africa Day Care Center in Newark, was sentenced to jail today for stealing thousands of dollars in state funding from the center for his personal use, state Attorney General Anne Milgram announced today. Parrish, 44, was sentenced to five years probation, on the condition that he serves 200 days in the Mercer County Jail, said the attorney general�s office.
